What You Bring

2+ years of supervisory experience in food service (fast-casual preferred)

Solid math and basic accounting skills

Our Story
Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. We craft gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls using refined local ingredients — all served with a smile in a warm, vibrant atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus

Experience in service and food, generally involving at least three years of front-of-thehouse operations and/or assistant management positions

Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system
-
Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
-
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
-
Must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
