We are looking for a fashion loving, energetic, sales associate who loves all things bridal!
Our ideal candidate has a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, career-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a luxury retail experience for brides and guests in a comfortable, friendly environment.
- Engaging the bride asking questions in order to identify the needs for the customer and help them find their perfect dress along with matching accessories.
- Continuing education about the products/designers and staying current with trend changes.
- Conducting everyday tasks within the salon including greeting customers, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments and other administrative responsibilities.
- Serving as the brand ambassador, engaging in opportunities that promote the salon and the brand such as networking events, community gatherings and social outings. ( i.e. Wedding Experience at GMU, Waterford Bridal Expo. Loudon County Wedding Venues, etc.....)
- Achieving sales goals – individual and store benchmarks
- Providing great customer service, assisting in resolution of customer service issues, and following through with keeping the customer informed about the status of merchandise for complete satisfaction.
- Attending and participating in store events, mandatory meeting/training days, and designer trunk shows.
- Assisting with miscellaneous projects assigned by the store management as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fashion retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays regularly
- Customer service experience required

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
