As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements efficiently. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow
- Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information
- Manage all take out orders with efficiency and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating adjustments as needed
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and guest interaction skills
- Previous host experience is recommended, but is not required.
