Ready Set Grow Childcare is seeking a warm, dependable, and engaging Infant Teacher to join our team. We are more than a daycare—we are a learning center committed to purposeful play, strong relationships, and high-quality early childhood education.
✨ What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and responsive environment for infants
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Support infants’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain daily communication with parents through our center’s communication system
- Ensure all licensing, health, and safety regulations are followed
- Track developmental milestones and complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Mentor and support co-teachers in the infant room
- Step in and assist other classrooms when needed to help the center run smoothly
✨ What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and care for infants safely
- Experience in childcare preferred but not required
- Must pass all required background checks
