Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy protocols for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Assist in conducting behavioral developmental assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring adherence to established treatment guidelines.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions with precision and consistency.
- Support patient care by performing intake assessments, behavioral health screenings, and ongoing client evaluations.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors to develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on data and client progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and caregivers to provide updates, education, and support regarding behavioral strategies and progress.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance by accurately managing medical records, documentation, and sensitive client information in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Provide in-person training support to Behavior Technicians as a hybrid field trainer
Compensation and Hours
- Flexible schedule of 15-25 hours part time
- 55-65 per hour billable rate depending on experience
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or equivalent credential.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral interventions, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and clinical assessment procedures.
- Proven ability to implement behavioral health strategies effectively while maintaining patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards such as HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
