We are seeking applicants for a full time Treatment Coordinator to work within an interdisciplinary treatment team on the adolescent units.
The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Job highlights:
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30 (or 9:00am – 5:00 pm)
- Case coordination, discharge planning, utilization management (managed care) issues, Conduct group therapy sessions,
- Engage family members in treatment by maintaining close communication and gathering data
- Interfacing with the outpatient/community providers, including school personnel.

Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Limited Permit as a Mental Health Practitioner
- License NYS as LMHC, LMSW or LCSW preferred
- Two years post-master's clinical experience in individual, group and family therapies
- Strong clinical skills with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
