Job Title: Window Installer
Pay: $25-28/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Window Installer, you’ll strive to make homes more energy-efficient while leading a team of window installers in the construction industry. You’ll play a key role in transforming spaces through window installation, ensuring that homes remain comfortable and energy-efficient. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and results that make a difference in our clients’ lives.
What You’ll Do
As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Working with a small crew and engaging in all aspects of window installation.
- Inspecting windows to ensure quality installation.
- Removing old frames as needed and installing new ones.
- Cutting and measuring window spaces to precise specifications.
- Winterizing window installations to improve utility efficiency.
- Conducting on-site inspections for installation quality.
- Installing new windows that adhere to local code requirements.
- Installing window frames, windows, and locking mechanisms.
- Completing installation projects within established timelines.
- Assisting the siding crew to ensure project continuity.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience in window installation.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years (preferred but not mandatory).
- The ability to drive company vehicles to job sites.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
- The physical capability to lift/move 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.
- Physical stamina to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Basic social and customer service skills to maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes.
