Experienced Advertising Sales Professional Wanted – Help Local Businesses Grow
Mid-West Family Marketing is seeking a proven advertising sales professional with real experience in local media sales—someone who understands how to help small and medium-sized business owners grow through smart marketing strategies. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a results-driven salesperson who has successfully sold both traditional advertising (radio, broadcast, print, etc.) and digital marketing solutions (social media, streaming, video, search, display, or related products).
The right candidate knows how to build relationships, uncover client needs, create effective campaigns, and close new business consistently. If you understand the local, southwest Missouri market, know how to speak the language of business owners, and can deliver solutions that generate results, we want to talk with you.
This position offers a base salary starting at $70,000 plus commission and bonus incentives—not commission only. Rapid income growth is available for professionals who can generate and close new business. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Mid-West Family Marketing operates four popular local radio stations, 104.7 The Cave, 105.1 The Bull, Q92.9, and 102.1 The Won sports radio, in addition to a full service digital agency.
