What You'll Be Doing
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store while ensuring customers receive expert advice and exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of the retail store
- Ordering inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Leading, coaching and scheduling employees
- Creating attractive merchandising displays
- Driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Supporting the service department when needed
- Ensuring smooth daily operations throughout the store

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous management experience in the pool industry
- Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry
- Experience with pool equipment and troubleshooting
