We are looking for an outgoing and motivated AT&T Sales Agent to join our team. In this AT&T Sales Agent role, you will meet with customers in person, introduce AT&T products and services, and help them choose the best solutions for their needs.
As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will work with customers daily, answer questions on services, explain product features, and assist with account needs. The AT&T Sales Agent will be an expert in sales and create a positive customer experience. As an AT&T Sales Agent will develop strong customer service, communication, and sales skills while working directly with customers and contributing to a positive team environment.
AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to introduce AT&T products and services
- Explain product features, plans, and current promotions on products and services
- Work with customers to recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
- Build strong customer relationships through professional interactions
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the company
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, services, and promotions to deliver a superior customer experience
- Answer customer questions and provide outstanding customer service confidently and proactively
AT&T Sales Agent Qualification
- Prior sales, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills to work with customers daily
- Positive attitude to work within a team focused environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented in order to be in a primary sales role
- Organization and time management skills when manage customer accounts
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,300.00 per month
