We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an RV Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all RV units meet our quality standards before delivery to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the RV industry, with potential for growth into a Full RV Technician role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections on new and used RVs.
- Verify the operation of all RV systems, including propane, electrical, plumbing, appliances, body, generator, and chassis systems.
- Perform necessary adjustments, minor repairs, and installations (e.g., batteries, torque lug nuts, check tire pressures).
- Document inspection results and communicate any issues to the service team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
