- Deliver engaging and effective instruction aligned with curriculum standards and the school's faith-based mission.
- Promote academic excellence while nurturing students' spiritual growth and character development.
- Create a classroom environment that reflects the teachings of Jesus Christ and encourages respect, kindness, and integrity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure continuous growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success and school initiatives.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning to enhance teaching practices.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence and faith formation centered in the teachings of Jesus Christ.
- Experience teaching elementary students preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in both academic and spiritual growth.
- Willingness to participate in school community activities and professional development.
