Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscapers/ Lawn Care Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of landscaping & lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial lawns & commercial properties landscape.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Ability to build retaining walls & paver patios.
- Operate power tools and heavy/ light duty equipment safely and efficiently.
- Irrigation repairs & maintenance.
- Build and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other landscaping features.
- Dig holes for planting trees or shrubs as required.
- Conduct tree trimming to maintain safety and appearance.
- Experience with snow plowing & salting.
- Provide general lawn care services to enhance the overall look of properties.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency in operating various power tools related to lawn care.
- Ability to irrigate effectively for optimal plant health.
- Experience in building and maintaining landscaping features.
- Competence in mowing, digging, and tree trimming practices.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Demonstrated expertise in lawn care best practices.
- Familiarity with snow plowing operations is a plus.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
