No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment (unless documented renewal is scheduled)

Valid U.S. Social Security Number required — Canadian SINs are not accepted

No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Up to 5 days of RTO is permitted but must be made up during the assignment

Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are eligible but are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts; after that, a 1-year separation or transfer outside the 50-mile radius is required
