Sales Responsibilities
- Call every new lead within 5–15 minutes.
- Follow up on every estimate until the customer makes a decision.
- Re-engage past customers.
- Upsell additional services (for example, if you're painting a home, suggest pressure washing, drywall repairs, cabinet painting, or popcorn ceiling removal when appropriate).
- Ask for referrals.
- Help achieve the monthly sales goal.
- Keep the schedule booked 2–4 weeks in advance.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Send email and text campaigns.
- Manage your Google Business Profile.
- Manage your Angi account.
- Request and respond to Google reviews.
- Promote seasonal specials.
- Maintain the customer database and CRM.
Admin Responsibilities
- Update QuoteIQ and your CRM.
- Schedule estimates and jobs.
- Maintain customer records.
- Coordinate communications with clients.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
