Full Job Description

A leader in consumer lifestyle goods, specializing in products like apparel & accessoriesis searching for an innovative and results-driven Head of Creative & Product Development. This position is ideal for a visionary leader with a passion for both creativity and product strategy, eager to shape the direction of our design and development teams.

Position Overview:

Purpose-Driven Leadership: Champion the company’s core mission by infusing it into daily operations, culture, and strategic decisions. Uphold a commitment to integrity and set a strong example for the teams you lead.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead the Creative and Product teams with a collaborative, hands-on approach, drawing on 5-10 years of experience in creative leadership.
- Build a culture of teamwork and accountability, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, product development, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Encourage new ideas, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to challenge traditional methods for better results.
Strategic & Creative Vision:
- Leverage experience in product design and development to deliver high-impact products that resonate with target markets.
- Oversee digital asset management to improve workflows, resource accessibility, and process efficiency.
- Use data and analytics to drive product strategy, identify market trends, and optimize consumer engagement.
- Align product planning and development with financial strategies, ensuring effective resource allocation, demand forecasting, and supplier negotiations.
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving tangible results and hitting key milestones.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be available on-site for at least one week each month to build strong team dynamics and maintain a consistent presence.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
