MCS Management is expanding throughout the Columbus area and is looking for a Sales Team Member to join their Kinetic Fiber operations team. This role highlights the importance of applying sales techniques while interacting with customers and finding the Kinetic Fiber products and services that best fit their needs.
As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment for customers and introducing the Kinetic Fiber network as a dependable solution to their current internet concerns. In addition, you will learn how to manage your sales performance and maintain local business goals.
Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member:
- Meet with customers directly to learn about their current internet services and introduce Kinetic Fiber as a reliable connectivity solution.
- Explain the features and benefits of Kinetic Fiber, including its speed, performance, and dependable service.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while answering questions and resolving any concerns.
- Complete customer enrollments accurately and maintain all required sales documentation.
- Build positive customer relationships by providing excellent service throughout each interaction.
- Track individual sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications of a Sales Team Member:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn.
- Motivated to develop professionally by learning new sales strategies and continuously improving performance.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized when managing customer information and sales documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in a face-to-face customer environment.
