Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, signature Chick-fil-A service with a smile and enthusiasm

Work flexibly in both Front of House and Back of House roles as needed

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen and dining area

Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Follow all safety, dress code, and operational standards

Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned

Stay updated on new products and complete ongoing training
Qualifications & Requirements

High school degree or equivalent

Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others

Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs regularly

Willingness to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
