Walts TV is looking for a Shipping/Order Processing Representative Tuesday–Saturday who loves keeping things moving. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where no two days look exactly the same — you'll juggle multiple systems, work with major carriers, and make sure orders get where they need to go, on time, every time.

Process orders for shipment across multiple TMS platforms using FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and various freight carriers

Manage orders from online marketplaces and hit every processing deadline

Communicate clearly via email, internal chat, and phone with customers, carriers, and teammates

Monitor and respond quickly to crossdepartment messages

Maintain shipping reports and tracking tools

Field incoming calls about shipping and receiving

Keep customers and internal teams informed on order status

Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to keep everything running smoothly

Comfort navigating multiple monitors and switching between systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Mail, and Google Sheets

Familiarity with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge

Bonus points for experience with eBay, Amazon, or Walmart marketplace platforms

Sharp attention to detail and a love for a fastpaced environment

Typing speed of 50+ WPM
