We're looking for an experienced residential carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a growing company. We specialize in custom decks, stairs, porches, and exterior renovations, with an emphasis on doing the job right the first time.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and install decks, stairs, railings, framing, and exterior finish work
- Read and follow construction plans and layouts
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and quality.
- Keep a clean and safe job site
- Work alongside experienced carpenters to complete projects on schedule
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
Qualifications needed:
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
- Knowledgable with framing, decking, stair construction, and exterior carpentry
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Own basic hand tools
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift 80+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather
