JOB SUMMARY (Harrah's in Chester, PA)
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures, and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests’ wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Conducts assigned game according to procedure. Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure. Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps). When dealing craps, the Dealer may function as Stickperson as required under 465a.35. Controls pace of the game. Informs the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play. Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Bending mobility required. Must be able to speak fluently and understand English.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required.
- Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited PA Dealers School or equivalent. Skills required for game. Either prior dealing experience or that experience acquired in Dealers School.
- A consistently upbeat and positive attitude is required for the successful candidate. This behavior must be demonstrated throughout the hiring process and carry over to all guest interactions.
- Must be able to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and guests.
- Must have flexible schedule and be able to work any day/any hours.
- Must be able to get along well with others and work as a team.
- Must be able to maneuver in and around casino and public areas.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Positions available include full-time, part-time and on-call.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
- Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

*Averages $15-$30 per hour
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
