We are seeking a dynamic and creative Print & Design Associate to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind visual storytelling, transforming concepts into captivating print and digital designs. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence through innovative art direction, compelling branding, and engaging multimedia content. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across a wide range of design disciplines while contributing to impactful projects that resonate with diverse audiences. A major part of the role is producing & operating commercial printing equipment to make designs come to life!
Duties
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
- Design and produce print materials such as sports cards, posters, and promotional items
- Create digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, motion graphics, and video content utilizing After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software
- Manage layout design, typesetting, and color management to ensure high-quality output across all media formats
- Operate 3 commercial printing pieces of equipment
- Support manufacturing processes by preparing production-ready files and overseeing quality control during print production
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects in branding, print advertising, and web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, and InVision for UI/UX design workflows
- Ability to manipulate photos through photo manipulation skills while maintaining high standards of color management and consistency
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly to clients or team members
- Experience with manufacturing processes or production design is a plus but not required
Hours:
Mon-Friday
4-7 hrs/day with flexibility to work between 7:30-5:00
