We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Solar Installer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality solar installations that make a real environmental impact. This role works closely with our Electrical Foreman, Senior Solar Installers, and Field Team Leads to safely install and maintain solar energy systems for residential customers.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining solar systems
- Read and interpret project plans, diagrams, and construction documents
- Identify and help mitigate job site safety hazards
- Assemble and position system components according to specifications
- Ensure systems are weather-sealed, code-compliant, and operating efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Deliver excellent customer service and support a strong team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Experience with fall protection equipment preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required

Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent lifting (up to 75 lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rooftop and ladder work.
