Position: Dock Supervisor
$22.00 an hour + incentive - Weekly pay
Inbound Operation. Hours of operation are mainly.

Dock Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
The Dock Supervisor directs and supervises associates' activities at our customers' work sites, which may include unloading, picking, packaging, stacking, bailing, and sanitation services.
The "Put Wall: associates:-Think of the conveyor system used-Cases of shoes are opened and put on a circle conveyor belt system with employees standing in the middle of the conveyor.-They have scanners along the belt that auto scan the cases and diverts (pushes) the case into an employees zone.-The employee than RF Scans the case and removes the box of shoes and puts them into outbound case.-Once the outbound case order is full they push it to the middle where there is an auditor that verifies the contents before loading-We are looking for bi-lingual team if possible to include bi-lingual supervisor-The current Candidates must have high attention to detail-They have to be able to work in one assigned area all day on the line.
The Dock Supervisor interfaces with our clients so that they are completely satisfied with our service. The Dock Supervisor gives direction to the leads and trainers.
The Dock Supervisor reports to the Site Manager.
Investigate customer complaints involving issues such as damaged products or equipment, overcharges, and delays in unloading, picking, or packing. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Dock Supervisor Qualifications / Skills: Teamwork- Bilingual
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume distribution warehouse setting. Supervisory experience including training, performance, staff development, and associate discipline.
Coordination
Able to lift 20-50 lbs constantly.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
