Position Summary
You’ll join the clinical team to provide ABA services, develop treatment plans, and oversee care delivery for pediatric clients. This is a full-time opportunity located in the greater Raleigh area with flexible options including hybrid, telehealth, and in-person services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Provide parent training and ongoing support
- Participate in team meetings and support program improvements
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Experience in parent training and family support
- Experience with verbal behavior, social skills training, or complex cases
