At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing mechanical issues, working with automated equipment, and taking ownership of equipment performance while collaborating closely with production teams.

- Monday through Friday, 7am - 3pm

Must-have requirements for Maintenance Technician
- Do you have experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment?
- Have you troubleshot and repaired mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues?
- Are you comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams?
- Do you have basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks?
- Do you have experience repairing small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment?
Desirable requirements for Maintenance Technician
- Have you performed preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery?
- Do you have experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures?
- Have you worked in a manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance environment?
- Are you comfortable working independently to complete maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision?
Role for Maintenance Technician
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and repair breakdowns.
- Conduct equipment changeovers, washouts, setups, and sanitation as needed.
- Remove and replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
- Maintain equipment in safe operating condition while following LOTO procedures.
- Diagnose faults using measuring and testing equipment.
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and OEM documentation.
- Use a CMMS system to create and close work orders and manage parts inventory.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
