Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400-$1,600
- Unload pay: $100.00 per load
- Stop pay: $25.00 per stop
- Weekly miles: 1,800
Home Time
- Home twice a week
- Potential extra day home mid-week on local AZ loads
- UT Friday deliveries may extend home time through Monday
Lane Info
- Regional lanes out of Phoenix to SoCal, Las Vegas NV, UT, and AZ
- Delivery area includes San Diego (not LA), Las Vegas (not all NV)
- All Dollar Tree locations in AZ and UT
- Early morning store deliveries
- 80% RotoCart loads, 20% loose box stacking
Position Duties
- Operate liftgate trailer
- Use roll carts to down-stack pallets
- Full hand unload and unload assist at each stop
- Unloads average 1–2 hours per stop
- Physical unloading using RotoCarts required
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21+ years old
- Clean driving record (minor violations OK)
- No SAP or DUI history
