Enterprise AI Solutions Manager | Automation & Transformation
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Compensation: $138K to $160K annualized
Engagement: Consulting / Contract
Work Arrangement: Flexible Hybrid, with an initial onsite period
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an established organization that is making a significant investment in AI and intelligent automation across its business.
They are seeking an AI Automation & Transformation Manager to help identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that eliminate repetitive work, streamline business processes, and introduce intelligent automation across critical areas of the organization.
The initial focus will be on Supply Chain and Customer Service, where there is significant opportunity to automate manual processes and improve how work gets done.
This is not a traditional project management role. This position sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and business operations. You'll work directly with business and technology teams to understand existing processes, identify high-impact opportunities, and turn them into practical AI and automation solutions.
What You'll Do
-
Identify manual, repetitive, and transactional processes that can be automated or significantly improved through AI.
-
Design and implement agentic AI solutions capable of executing multi-step business workflows.
-
Lead process discovery across Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other operational functions.
-
Build AI-driven workflows that interact with enterprise applications and operational systems.
-
Integrate systems using APIs, middleware, workflow automation platforms, and AI agents.
-
Analyze existing business processes and redesign workflows around automation and AI.
-
Partner with business, operations, IT, and data teams to identify and prioritize high-value use cases.
-
Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable AI and automation solutions.
-
Establish appropriate guardrails around AI behavior, data usage, security, and decision-making.
-
Develop and track performance metrics including time savings, cost reduction, error reduction, and productivity improvements.
-
Support adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
-
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine where they can create meaningful business value.
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of experience in business process automation, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or intelligent automation.
-
Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and agentic AI technologies.
-
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents or multi-step autonomous workflows.
-
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar technologies.
-
Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications.
-
Familiarity with systems such as ERP, customer service, order management, and supply chain platforms.
-
Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
-
Ability to identify automation opportunities and take solutions from discovery through implementation and deployment.
-
Experience working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
-
Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
-
Understanding of AI governance, data security, and responsible AI implementation.
Preferred Experience
-
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, customer service, or operations.
-
Experience with prompt engineering and AI orchestration tools.
-
Experience implementing AI or intelligent automation within complex enterprise environments.
-
Background in intelligent automation, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or consulting.
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

About the Engagement
This opportunity will begin as a consulting/contract engagement focused on identifying and implementing high-impact AI and automation initiatives, initially within Supply Chain and Customer Service.
