We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Duties
- The HR Strategy & Projects Analyst provides critical support for a large‑scale job architecture and job description validation initiative.
- This role partners with HR and business leaders to collect, organize, and validate job documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of project milestones.
- It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and track project progress.
- Job Inventory Management: Compile and maintain records of job titles, grades, departments, reporting structures, and incumbents.
- Documentation Review: Collect, organize, and review job descriptions; identify missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings with business leaders for job description validation; prepare materials, track action items, and follow up.
- Project Tracking: Maintain project documentation, version control, filing systems, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Organizational Chart Support: Assist with organizational chart reviews and reporting relationship verification.
- Administrative Support: Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support throughout the initiative.
MUST HAVE:
- This is primarily an HR Project Coordination role, not an HR Generalist, Recruiter, Payroll, Benefits, or Employee Relations position.
- Candidate should have experience coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and managing deadlines.
- Look for resumes showing experience with job descriptions, organizational charts, HR documentation, project trackers, or document management.
- Candidate must be comfortable scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and following up with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint—are essential.
- Excellent organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills are critical.
- HR administrative support or HR project experience is preferred, but candidates with strong project coordination backgrounds can also be good fits.
Shift Timings: 8AM-5PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
