What You'll Do:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on activities

Create a classroom environment that inspires curiosity and confidence

Communicate openly with families and team members

Support children's individual learning needs through observation and adaptation

Use positive behavior strategies that nurture empathy and respect
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children

A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's, or higher preferred)
