As a Community Leasing Specialist at Centra, you are the heart of our community, connecting people with their new homes. Your role will involve working closely with prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring they feel at home in our community and never want to move. - Marketing and Outreach
- Create and manage social media posts, engage with the community online, and participate in outside marketing efforts. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by planning and promoting resident events.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of related experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
- Bi-Lingual is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and be able to quickly learn other software applications such as Bluemoon, Resman, and social media Technology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects, residents, and team members.
- Creative marketing skills and a passion for social media engagement.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment/ Physical Demands:
You must be able to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods. Travel between buildings may be required, including in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
