Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for young children
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development and positive behavior
- Monitor student progress through assessments, observations, and regular feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Incorporate online training platforms and digital tools to enhance instruction and student engagement
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary
- Use productivity software to maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student development
Requirements
- Proven teaching experience with young children in classroom settings or online instruction environments
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management strategies
- Certification in CPR and first aid is required; additional certifications in online instruction or teaching platforms are a plus
- Experience with online training platforms and digital teaching tools to facilitate remote or hybrid learning
- Technical proficiency with computers, productivity software, and educational technology tools
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field; university experience is preferred
