NBAZ is looking for an experienced Retail Loan Coordinator to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank in either our Glendale location.
Essential Functions:
Delivering professional, timely communication to both internal and external customers via phone and email to ensure needs are met.
Thriving in a fast paced environment while staying organized and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Adapting to change and meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
Proactively managing a high-volume queue of loan applications, serving as the primary point of contact for all involved parties, providing regular status updates, and escalating issues to the appropriate department supervisors when necessary.
Assisting in gathering all required documentation to support complete and timely processing of loan applications from start to finish.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in consumer loan originations—especially in roles involving regular client interaction—or other directly related experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of consumer lending, bank products, regulatory requirements, and standard loan procedures.
Ability to assist with managing loan files and supporting new customer relationships.
Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with common office software and applications.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.
Schedule (In Office) - Monday–Friday: 8:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M.
