Lead and coordinate a crew on landscape enhancement projects: planting, garden installs, mulching, tree or debris removal, soil prep, and more!
Train and guide crew members to ensure safe, high-quality work.
Collaborate with Enhancement Project Managers to plan, prioritize, and resolve project challenges.
Prepare daily schedules, load/unload equipment, and maintain tools and vehicles.
Identify job site issues and communicate them to supervisors.
Ensure crew members follow safety protocols.
What You'll need:

Valid Driver’s License required.
Experience in landscape enhancement or commercial landscape construction
Hands-on leader with experience managing a crew
Knowledge of plants, planting techniques, and other enhancement skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Comfortable using maps, property layouts, and smartphone apps for projects
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and operate equipment safely
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
