We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Assisted Living Director to lead our 24-unit assisted living community. This full-time leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, leading a dedicated team, and creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the community.
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and services.
- Supervise, and support team members.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
- Manage staffing and community resources.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence.
- Work with the Director of Nursing to operate the facilty
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a team centered environment.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn assisted living regulations and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
