Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day Shift

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed caregivers
Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, empathy, and respect

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience as a CNA in a post-acute setting preferred
