RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact warm leads to understand clients' coverage needs and financial goals
- Present and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with prospects
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a US citizen or hold permanent resident (green card) status
- Active life insurance license preferred — unlicensed candidates eligible with willingness to obtain license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience a plus, but not required
