The Employee Brand marketing team helps bring the Massage Envy brand voice to life by driving awareness, strengthening brand reputation, and creating positive sentiment through ongoing, multi-channel marketing initiatives. The Employee Brand Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing tactics and collateral that support franchisees’ efforts to elevate their employee experience and strengthen their recruitment and retention efforts in their locations. This role works with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective support to franchisees pertaining to Employee Brand efforts.
This role is a marketing position focused on applying branding, digital marketing, storytelling, social media, and campaign management skills. It supports franchisees by providing marketing resources, tools, and brand guidance that help franchisees to position their locations as employers of choice and enhance the overall employee brand experience.
Essential Functions:

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and Legal to strengthen the employee brand and support franchisees

Drafting omnichannel creative briefs (print, digital, social, email) and ensuring brand alignment across all deliverables

Support media campaigns by working with internal teams, agencies, and publication contacts to understand best practices & specifics, align on budget, and manage timelines and deliverables

Execute planned marketing campaigns and work with Senior Manager to monitor performance, optimize campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies throughout the month based on results and business needs

Monitors and respond appropriately to engagement across social media channels and review platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed in alignment with brand standards and communication guidelines

Support maintenance and enhancement of career website content to ensure alignment with approved messaging

Coordinate with approved agencies and publications to compile monthly national performance results for local market reporting

Works with Operations Employee Brand to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for measurable impact

Develop internal network communications and build PowerPoint presentations to report monthly and quarterly results

Coordinate with internal and external resources to refine processes and streamline the delivery of marketing materials

Maintain the integrity of assets for agencies and franchisees

Assist with managing field requests through custom order process
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1-3 years of campaign, brand, and digital marketing experience

Project management experience a plus

Franchise, multi-unit, and wellness brands experience a plus

Self-starter with a proactive mindset who seeks opportunities to improve processes, work efficiently, and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal oversight

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and inspire trust in others

Ability to provide clear and constructive creative feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives

Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of advertising terminology, digital marketing channels, and recruitment marketing tactics including PPC, social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and other digital media strategies preferred

Ability to travel approximately 10% for franchise meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities as needed
