Looking to start or grow your career in welding? OpSource Staffing is hiring TIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in the Spartanburg area!
Entry-level candidates are welcome! If you have a solid foundation in welding and a strong desire to learn, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive training and mentorship, and build a long-term career.
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:30 PM–6:30 AM
- ️ Important: Due to high production demand, the facility is currently working 6–7 days per week. Candidates must be willing and available to work overtime and additional days as required.
Perform quality TIG welding on various parts and products
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
Use welding foot pedals to control the welding process
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow all safety and production procedures
Work closely with the production team to maintain efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and safe work area
1–2 years of TIG welding experience OR equivalent welding trade school training
Experience using a welding foot pedal is required
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Solid understanding of basic welding principles
High school diploma or equivalent required
Welding certificate or degree preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
