Key Responsibilities
· Develop sales budgets, pricing strategies, and territory growth plans.
· Maintain strong relationships with current customers and local agencies while identifying new business opportunities.
· Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support deliveries, product availability, and profitability goals.
· Monitor product quality, market conditions, and competitor pricing to support sales growth.
Preferred Background and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 3–5 years of sales experience preferred; construction materials experience is a plus.
· Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
· Must live or relocate within a 10 miles radius of Findlay, Ohio
