Associate Degree in education or 60 college credits and CDA Credentials
Background check including fingerprinting and DYFS
Physical Examination including TB Test
Proof of US Citizenship or legal resident alien status
Must complete a minimum of 20 hours of training yearly as per Licensing Regulations
Knowledge of Computer skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Duties: Under the teacher supervision, provides daily support to teachers or other certified staff members in a classroom environment.
- Provides daily reinforcement to improve mastery of student's skills.
- Work with students with disabilities
- Assists with administering scoring and tests.
- Follow written plans of activities approved by the assigned teacher.
- Observes and records attendance and behavior of students as directed by the teachers.
- Assists with the setting up and operation equipment and materials used instruction such as audio-visual equipment.
- Help with preparation of bulletin boards and other room decorations.
- Assists with the maintenance of the student's portfolio assessment files.
- Mandatory attendance to all sponsored daycare activities related to the children
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the teacher or Executive Director.

Pay: $27,500.00 - $30,475.00 per year
