Machine Rebuilder
Who we are: Auto-Chlor Services installs and maintains commercial dish machines and industrial laundry units. We also have a line of cleaning and sanitization products. Our target customers are restaurants, hotels, schools, gaming and health care. We are not just limited to the hospitality industry, we target any businesses who cleans, washes and sanitizes.
As a Machine Rebuilder, you will be responsible for the rebuilding of dish washing machines and laundry units at the local branch, while providing support to our field service technicians as needed.
Key Duties:
- Machine Rebuilding: Complete thorough teardowns and rebuilds of equipment assigned. Prudently make distinction between unusable and reusable repair parts. Ensure that each rebuild is clean, problem free and functional.
- Heavy Lifting: Safely lift machinery up to 50 pounds with forklift and move to designated areas for cleaning and rebuilding.
- Maintaining of Records: Accurately & efficiently maintain records of machine serial numbers and any necessary details of machines that are worked on.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
Required Experience & Skills:
- High mechanical aptitude
- Safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work in a hot or cold environment full-time (weather permitting)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Electrical & plumbing knowledge preferred
