Have a proven track record with at least 5 closed residential transactions.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee real estate markets.
Take full ownership of their business and view real estate as a full-time, professional career.
Are driven, competitive, highly organized, and open to coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and aggressively scale your existing pipeline while integrating our advanced conversion and marketing systems.
Conduct high-level, professional buyer and seller consultations.
Negotiate complex contracts and expertly guide clients through the transaction process.

Required Qualifications:
Active Tennessee Real Estate License (Strictly Required).
Minimum of 5 closed real estate transactions (Required).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
