Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to support positive behavior change across various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in various settings such as homes, schools, or clinics, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and support client goals.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder support and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention techniques, functional assessments, and behavioral health principles.
- Skilled in data collection methods, analyzing behavioral data, and conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, patient assessment procedures, and clinical supervision practices.
- Experience working with individuals in home-based settings or school environments; familiarity with special education systems is preferred.
- Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage clients’ families and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
- Ability to perform intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with client needs.
