What You’ll Do
This is a professional B2B sales role focused on creating relationships and helping commercial property owners find the right roofing solutions. You’ll work directly with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers throughout the sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop new business relationships with commercial property owners and key contacts.
- Evaluate customer needs and identify roofing repair or replacement opportunities.
- Present professional recommendations and solutions based on each client’s goals.
- Maintain follow-up systems, manage your pipeline, and build long-term accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience from agreement through completion.

Compensation and Growth Potential
This independent contractor opportunity offers performance-based earnings with optional income support during your onboarding period.
- First-Year Potential: $150,000 to $200,000
- Experienced Sales Professionals: $300,000 to $500,000+ annually
- Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential on commercial projects
