What You'll Do:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge turf using gas-powered mowers, trimmers, and edgers
- Operate gas-powered blowers to clear leaves and debris
- Prune shrubs and low trees to improve shape or remove damaged branches
- Plant and maintain flower beds, perform weeding
- Mulch leaves and organic matter when mowing
- Remove trash, dead plants, and debris from landscapes
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor irrigation repairs
- Maintain professional, friendly interactions with customers
- Report unsafe conditions to your Crew Leader
Work independently after training with variety every day and the satisfaction of seeing immediate results.
What You Need:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work
- Ability to drive trucks and handle equipment (some mechanical aptitude helpful)
- Love working outdoors with strong attention to detail
- Physically active and comfortable working with your hands
- Professional appearance and able to communicate well with clients
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Direct deposit capability for paychecks
- Ready to work every morning you're scheduled
