Lawn Maintenance Team Apprentice
Pay range: $17/hour – $20/hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist your Team Leader with weekly mowing routes, spring/fall cleanups, shrub trimming, and general lawn maintenance
- Operate equipment safely including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools
- Maintain clean, professional job sites and uphold company quality standards
- Help maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment daily
- Perform hands-on lawn maintenance and general labor as needed
Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
