Full Job Description

```Duties```

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with financial services such as invoicing, billing, and collections
- Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks, including month-end and year-end closing processes

```Skills```

- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation principles and practices
- procedures, including invoicing and billing
- Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries
- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management

This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Accounting Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, conducting analysis, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Summary

As an Accounting Clerk, you will support the finance team by handling routine financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will contribute to financial close processes, accounts payable and receivable tasks, and general ledger activities. You should apply strong accounting fundamentals, proficiency with accounting software, and meticulous data entry to ensure precise financial records and timely invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation. This role supports client invoicing, financial data management, and overall financial accuracy for the organization.
