Registered Nurse Team Lead (RN)

ABOUT FIVE RIVERS HEALTH CENTERS

Five Rivers Health Centers is an expanding Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing a medical home for low-income patients in Dayton and Xenia, Ohio. We provide quality medical, dental, vision, and behavioral healthcare to over 27,000 patients with more than 90,000 visits annually at our seven convenient locations.

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse Team Lead provides on-site supervision and monitoring of clinic function. The Team Lead monitors staff assignments, attendance and overall performance working with the guidance of the Women's Health Center Manager.

General Responsibilities

Plans and delivers care by adherence to establish standards of nursing care and practices in collaboration with other members of Five Rivers Health Center.
Assess and communicate staffing issues to center manager as needed.
Monitor day to day flow of the center and assign clinical staff to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
Registered Nurse License in the state of Ohio required.
5+ years experience in an office setting preferred.
Previous experience in nursing leadership preferred.
