Sous Chef Salaries in Texas

Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures. Supervises hourly food service associates.

$20 an hour

Maintains all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance. 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Set up work station with required mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies. 5 years' experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
